Everything, side by side.
One counter per tier. Whether you mint from the web inbox, the dashboard, or the REST API, every address you create counts against the same number.

Questions we actually get.
How many addresses can I create?
Free gives you 10 new addresses per 1h, with 2 live at any moment. Pro gives you 25, Agency gives you 500. The dashboard and the API draw from the same counter, so minting in the UI and minting through the API add up against one limit.
Does the API have its own separate limit?
No. One counter per tier, shared by the web inbox, the dashboard and the REST API. Creating an address through the API burns the same slot as clicking New in the UI, and deleting one frees it for either path. Free resets its count every 1h, paid tiers are a live total you can hold at once.
Why does Free reset every 1h?
Each mint creates a real catch-all mailbox on our MX, and every mailbox draws on a billable provider quota. Counting mints per network inside a 1h window keeps the free tier alive for everyone. An IPv6 subnet counts as one network. Paid tiers skip the periodic reset, because the address count itself is the ceiling.
How long does an address live?
Guest and Free addresses self-delete 15 min after they are minted, so a throwaway never turns into a permanent inbox. Pro addresses run for 1 day by default, Agency addresses run for 7 days by default, and a paid address can be extended any time from the dashboard.
What happens to mail after an address expires?
The address is deleted along with everything routed to it, so the messages go with it. Each plan also carries a retention window on the provider side: 1 day on Free, 7 days on Pro, 30 days on Agency. Whichever comes first wins.
Do I pay per mailbox?
No. Each tier is one flat monthly number covering its whole address quota. The calculator compares that flat number against per-mailbox pricing elsewhere at the same volume.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Agency. Point MX at us, add the domain in the dashboard, and mail routes straight into your inboxes. White-label branding rides on the same tier.
Is the API the same on every paid tier?
The endpoints are identical, the key comes from your dashboard, and the docs list every route. Paid tiers differ in how many addresses you can create and in call volume.
Can I cancel or switch tiers?
Month to month, no lock-in. A switch applies to the next cycle and existing addresses keep running through their current retention window.
Built in, not bolted on.
Routing, parsing, and codes are part of the box itself. No add-ons to enable, no limits to discover halfway through a signup flow.
Real mail routing
Every address is a live catch-all on our own MX, not a fake mailbox that silently drops mail.
Mail is parsed on arrival, sender, subject, body, links, and any code inside it.
API & webhooks
Create, poll, extract, delete, one key, three calls, any language.
Point a webhook at your endpoint and the parsed message arrives before your next poll.
Codes out, instantly
OTP, magic links, and verification URLs are pulled out of the body server-side.
Copy from the row, or read the code field straight out of the JSON response.
